Embroidery your team can rely on.
Branded apparel, uniforms and contract embroidery produced locally for businesses, teams and organizations across the GTA.
Screen printing and DTF transfers too.

What we produce for businesses.
Staff uniforms & workwear
Shirts, jackets and coveralls with logos and names, sized and stitched so a new hire matches the crew on day one.
Caps, polos, fleece & outerwear
The everyday branded pieces, embroidered or printed. We supply the garments or decorate what your supplier sends.
Schools, teams & organizations
Rosters, crests, numbers and names — handled as one job with a checked size run.
Apparel brands & contract production
Production embroidery for labels and decorators, including specialty work and blind shipping.
Repeat orders
Your spec stays on file — garment, thread, placement and file — so the next run matches the last.
Digitizing & artwork preparation
Your logo redrawn for thread on our floor, then test stitched before it goes near your garments.

On our floor.
Appliqué letters, numbers and shapes are cut on our own laser cutter, then stitched down here. Custom patches are made start to finish in-house.
When print is the better fit.
Embroidery is what we run on our floor, and DTF transfers are heat pressed here too. Screen printing is done with our production partner. Either way, you deal with us from quote to pickup.
Screen printing
Ink printed through a screen, one colour at a time, by our production partner. Suits larger runs of the same design in a few solid colours: event tees, staff shirts, team warm-ups.
DTF transfers
Full-colour artwork printed onto film, then heat pressed onto your garment on our floor. Suits detailed or photographic art, gradients, many colours, and short runs where screens don't make sense.
Embroidery or print?
Choose embroidery for logos on uniforms, caps, jackets and fleece, and anything that should look premium for years.
Choose print for large designs, full-colour art and lightweight tees.
Not sure? Send the artwork and we will recommend one. One order can mix both, such as embroidered polos and printed event tees.
Minimums, pricing and lead times for print depend on the job. We confirm them on your quote.
What matters when it is a hundred pieces, not one.
Consistency across the run
Same thread, same digitized file, same placement measurements on every piece.
Production you can schedule around
Four multi-head machines, 56 heads. We commit to a date and tell you early if anything changes.
Artwork reviewed by people who stitch it
Your logo is redrawn for thread in house. If a detail will not hold at size, we tell you before the run, not after.
Reordering without starting over
Your file, garment, thread and placement stay on record. A reorder is one email.

What to send with your request.
- Your logo as a vector file. AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A PNG works to start; we redraw it for thread either way.
- The size run. How many of each size, so the count is right the first time.
- The garments. Which ones, and whether you are supplying them or we are.
- Placement. Where it goes and roughly how big. We confirm what the garment allows.
- Your deadline. The date you need it in hand, not the date it ships.
Typical lead time.
Production starts once you approve the test stitch, and we give you a ship date with the quote.
A new logo needs digitizing first, and garments we order in add a few days. We give you a real date with the quote.
Print lead times depend on the job and the method. We give you a date with the quote.
Repeat-order programs
For teams that hire, grow or replace uniforms through the year. We keep a documented spec — garment, colour, size run, thread numbers, placement and file — so the fiftieth jacket matches the first.
Send the count and the sizes. We keep repeat orders consistent.
Contract & trade work
We run production for apparel brands and for other decorators who need capacity, specialty embroidery, laser-cut appliqué and custom patches, or in-house digitizing. Blind shipping and trade pricing available.
If your job has been turned away elsewhere — leather, foam-front caps, head covers, awkward panels — send it here first.
Tell us what the team needs.
Garment, logo, count and the date you need it by. We will confirm what will stitch well and what it costs.
