This page explains what Emston Industries collects through emston.com and what we do with it. Last updated October 2026.

Who we are

Emston Industries, 525 Milner Avenue, Unit 2, Scarborough, ON M1B 2K4. Questions about your information: info@emston.com or 416-332-8008.

What we collect

When you send a quote request: your name and email, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, company or team name, order details, dates, and files such as logos or artwork.
When you browse: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and measures page speed without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. Our web host also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your request, prepare a quote and produce your order. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts this website and checks form submissions for automated spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).
Resend delivers your quote request to our inbox by email.
Your request then lives in our business email, like any other email you send us.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and files for as long as we need them to quote and produce your order, and for our normal business records afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@emston.com.
