Personalize something worth keeping.
A name, a set of initials, a date. Stitched on a cap, a sweatshirt or a patch — on an item we supply, or one you already own. One piece is a real answer.

What you can personalize.
Start with an item we stock — sizes, colours and stitch behaviour are already known, so the result is predictable.

Caps
Trucker or dad cap. Front, side or back placement.

Toques & Beanies
Cuff or flat knit face. A short name or initials reads best here.

T-shirts
Left chest, sleeve, collar or back.

Sweatshirts & hoodies
Left chest, sleeve or cuff. Heavyweight fleece takes lettering cleanly.

Bringing your own garment? Read this first.
We do embroider customer-supplied items, and we are honest about it: every piece is reviewed for suitability before we accept it. Seams, linings, pockets, zippers, stretch materials and existing wear all affect what can be hooped and stitched — and some items simply can't be run safely.
- Bring or ship the item; we inspect it before quoting.
- Coverage on customer-supplied items is limited.
- Lined or fully constructed garments may need a patch instead.
- Worn or delicate fabric may not survive hooping.
Lettering, thread and placement.
Names, initials and dates are simplest in one of our standard fonts. Logos and anything custom, send it over and we'll look.
Standard fonts
These come straight from our embroidery software. We'll send an exact sample with your quote.
We'll tell you if a style won't hold at the size you want.
Size and character limits
Character limits depend on the item and where it goes. We'll confirm on your quote.
Longer names are stitched smaller so they fit the same space.
Thread colours
We stitch with Isacord polyester embroidery thread.
Screen colours are approximate. We'll confirm the thread before we stitch.
Isacord makes several hundred colours. We stock a gigantic selection of colours. Send a brand or Pantone colour, or an Isacord number from the chart, and we'll match it or find the closest thread we have.

Placement
Where embroidery usually goes on the pieces we stitch most. Somewhere else in mind? Describe it and we'll confirm what the garment allows.
If the garment already has a logo where you want yours, we'll suggest another spot, such as the other side.
Before anything is stitched.
You approve a layout
Spelling, lettering style, thread and placement, written back to you before production.
We test stitch
Every design is run on scrap material first. A preview on a screen is not the same as thread on fabric.
Then it runs
Stitched, trimmed, inspected and packed for pickup or shipping.
Turnaround
Depends on the item and the queue. Ask when you send the job and we will give you a real date.
Pickup & delivery
Pick up at 525 Milner Avenue, Unit 2, in Scarborough, or we ship Canada-wide.
Care
Wash inside out, cold, tumble low. Do not iron directly on the stitching. Embroidery outlasts the garment when it is treated this way.
Bring us the idea.
We will help with the embroidery details — the garment, the size, the thread and what will actually stitch well.
